After submitting the CV, I was asked to test my language knowledge in English. I logged in online and took test, consisting of around 30 questions starting from the A1 level up to C2. I passed, attesting my knowledge at B2 level. I received an automated reply to acknowledge receipt of successful results. After completing these B2 assessments, I received an email informing me that my last mission was to record a video of myself answering some questions (1 in English, 1 in French, unless the job doesn't require French):
- Tell us about 3 moments that marked your career, and why they did
- What are the top 3 missions or tasks you least liked in your previous jobs and why?
I was given a maximum of 3 days to send the video, which I submitted within 24 hours. Following this, I received the next day a standard email informing me that they were moving forward with other candidates. There was no direct interaction with anyone from their company throughout the entire process. The experience was disappointing considering the time invested in responding to their various requests. It makes one wonder what they do with our data?
