It was very odd and strange. I went in to their Walk-In open house yesterday for an interview but HR was already talking about the pay even before I met with the ICU director. Wasn't it supposed to be the other way around? Interview first then HR. I was perplexed the entire time :/

Even though he asked deep clinical questions, the atmosphere was really good.

very informative interview through phone. Mostly manager explaining the floor environment and the typical day for a nurse there ad well as general hospital information. Was a quick infornative interview no pressure friendly interviewer and very open to new grad nurses.
