I was asked a variety of questions regarding what my goals were, how I would handle specific situations, and how I'd work with my friend who referred me.
Then, I waited a couple of weeks until the third business executive came from SF to NY and we went out for a drink to match compatibility and I got an offer within a couple of weeks
