Was supposed to have a phone interview first...but after having that rescheduled a couple times...the HR lady decided to not bother with a phone screen and bring me in for a face to face. The Face to Face interview got rescheduled because the Paradigm Precision team could not get everyone together near the Thanksgiving holiday. Eventually got interviewed November 28th 2018. HR lady is actually quite nice. Problem is the 2 people who I was then sent to interview with admitted there was supposed to be a female interviewer...and I was sort of "pawned off" on him to do the interview at the last minute. Then another gentleman joins in who claimed he had 3 or 4 other places he needed to me. Talk about not feeling welcome in a facility.
