      Customer Success Implementation Consultant Interview

      I interviewed at Paradigm

      Interview

Job listing did not have salary range. I asked recruiter prior to interview if I could have a range. She refused and said we would discuss during our call. The interview went very well and at the end, I asked if I could finally know the salary range. Turns out, it was well below my expectations. When I revealed my previous salary to the recruiter, she audibly GASPED and then did everything she could to end the call 10 minutes early. Of course I was rejected. Why would you not provide this information, and then use it against the candidate? And more importantly, why do you want to pay people so little? This company pays WELL below industry standard - be warned.
