Interview
They seem to care more about requirement gathering with the customer than SaaS configuration experience; it didn’t matter that it was integration experience. The interview was practically done after 9 minutes. When I asked the recruiter if she wanted to share anything about the company (as she never talked about the company or role), she deflected and asked me what I wanted to know. I asked about the parent company, Builders FirstSource, and the BLDR platform, and how that would influence future projects. I did not find her inviting, and the interaction felt off. If the external customer communication was a hard requirement, why are you interviewing me if I don't have it in my resume?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Paradigm
Interview
Standard 3-step interview process including a phone screening, a remote interview with the hiring manager and a member of the team, and a final one-hour "job shadow" interview with a senior member in the role. Entire process took two weeks from phone screening to job offer, and was very laid back and relaxed overall.

Question 1
Walk us through your resume; talk through your past roles and duties. Talk about your technical experience in past roles, what tools and software did you use, etc.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Paradigm in Mar 2021
Interview
Interview with two people at once over a Zoom call. Friendly experience going over company information, social events, day to day work life. A bit too casual and consequently dismissive at times however.
