Para-HCFS interview questions

This one was a little nuts because it was drawn out. From what I gathered, it's a small company with highly skilled employees throughout the States. They seem to have a high value unique product and plenty of work for all staff. I got a call for a phone interview. There were some technical questions about my level of expertise scripting in SQL and ETL process and using database tools to accomplish the latter. Then I spoke with the panel of programmers that I would be supporting. They asked technical questions about SQL server, such as "What is a Cursor", "What is a Self Join", Difference between a table variable, CTE and temp table" and other T-SQL type questions. Then after two interviews with the hiring Mgr and the Panel interview, I had a one on one interview with the hiring guy. He explained the benefits they offered and asked me to propose a salary.
