Pros:
The company appears to have an interesting business model and ambitious growth plans.
The interview steps were clearly communicated at the beginning of the process.
Cons:
Low Engagement During Interview – The conversation lacked energy and felt like a procedural formality rather than a sincere attempt to assess mutual fit. It gave the impression that the process may have been more about ticking boxes than genuinely evaluating candidates.
Poor Communication and Follow-Up – Although I was initially told to expect feedback within two days, a full week passed with no update. I had to proactively follow up to receive a response, which simply indicated that internal feedback was still pending. This delay, and the lack of initiative in keeping me informed, felt unprofessional.
Sudden Shift in Decision – After finally replying that internal feedback was still being collected, I was unexpectedly rejected just one day later. The timeline and messaging were inconsistent, leaving the impression that decisions were not being clearly communicated or transparently managed.
Generic Closure – The process concluded with a standard message about keeping my CV on file. Given the handling of the overall experience, this felt impersonal and unlikely to lead to future opportunities.
