Interview
Well organised, clear structure and transparent process. First a phone interview with HR, which was short and direct. Then an interview with the hiring manager, to understand the motivation and skill set. After that, there was a take home product case on an interesting challenge. Finally the case had to be presented to the manager and there was a debrief.

3eme entretien d'1h avec le head of data engineering
Déroulé classique d'entretien en 4 parties :

- dernier entretien
Les procédés sont peu honnêtes et font perdre du temps au candidat.

5 étapes de recrutement, des tests de pré embauche sur 5 jours. Beaucoup d'entretiens à préparer et peu de transparence sur les processus. Difficile de se projeter dans ce genre d'entreprise.
