Team interviewed with the manager. He did a thorough introduction of the company and what I will be responsible if I'm on board. They have good work flow and look into expand.

Met with a recruiter through an employee referral, then interviewed with the CEO Sam Dawson. He's a very down to earth guy and really tries to get a sense of who you are as a person as well as an engineer.

Interview
I completed two of the four interviews. One with HR and one with a team managers. I was told a 3rd interview would be in office with the team, and the 4th interview would be with the CEO in San Antonio. The 4 part interview seemed like a very long and drawn out process.

Question 1
Basic interview questions. Only one of the invited managers showed up so it was more of a discussion about the team.
The interview process was based on multiple questions based on yourself. More of a get to know you interview then a sell yourself interview. Overall, it was a very general interview and the company and its workers are friendly.
