Put forward by an external recruiter. 1 initial face to face interview which was very poor. Interviewers were unwelcoming with one on video call actually leaving the interview early. Questions felt like they were focused on putting candidates on the spot and catching them out rather than assessing suitability.

Fast, quick. Really open about the process and who you meet with. My experience was amazing and excited to learn more about the firm and the team members.
Only draw back is that most of the people are based in London so timing is tough.
Interviews were great, people were kind. Only confusing for interviews since recruiter wasn’t sure on process because the team seemed to want to add interviews. Recruiter was great with communication
