I applied online. I interviewed at Panorama Education
Interview
I had a great conversation with the recruiter and was told I would hear back soon. After that, I was completely ghosted, even after following up twice.
I understand that companies move forward with other candidates, but there is a big difference between rejection and silence. When a company has already had a human conversation with a candidate, basic follow-up should be the bare minimum. I saw another candidate describe the same exact experience, which makes this feel less like a one-off and more like a pattern.
This experience left a very poor impression of the company’s communication, professionalism, and respect for candidates’ time. I would think carefully before investing time in their interview process.

Question 1
Can you tell me about a time when you had to manage a project with little guidance?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Panorama Education in Apr 2026
Interview
Had a great conversation and first interview with the recruiter. They seemed very excited about me and said they would be in touch early the following week with next steps. Then radio silence. I followed up twice and nothing. It's fine if they are going with other candidates but to completely ghost recruits is unacceptable.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Panorama Education in Feb 2026
Interview
The first contact was nice, the recruiter was polite and provided specific details regarding the position, after that I had an interview scheduled with the hiring manager and one of the direct reports, questions went towards behaviors and cross team collaboration; however, after that I was completely ghosted, no feedback provided or a rejection email/message, even after I reached out asking for an update
