Panorama Education interview questions

I had a great conversation with the recruiter and was told I would hear back soon. After that, I was completely ghosted, even after following up twice. I understand that companies move forward with other candidates, but there is a big difference between rejection and silence. When a company has already had a human conversation with a candidate, basic follow-up should be the bare minimum. I saw another candidate describe the same exact experience, which makes this feel less like a one-off and more like a pattern. This experience left a very poor impression of the company’s communication, professionalism, and respect for candidates’ time. I would think carefully before investing time in their interview process.
