Casual, very thorough. Very pleasant,but professional they listened attentively to what I was answering saying. Had very much the feeling that Panera was each privately owned, even though it is a large company and at this particular Panera they care very much about their employees and about making the right choices in who the hire ( more like a family operated business.) At first did not hear from them, that's why I marked declined below, but then got called back for a second interview...pending still.
