Interview
I was called on a Tuesday and got in for an interview the next day at 8am (I could've gone the same day but had other plans). By the end of the interview she said she'd 100% be calling me back either that night or the next day. She just needed to let the higher up manager know and run a background check. She called me the next afternoon and offered me the job. I came in 4 days later to do a walk through of the store and paperwork. I started the job officially 2 days later.

Kind, straightforward manager that ran through all of the requirements first. I appreciated this because I did not meet the requirement to have a vehicle. I thanked the manager and he did suggest a day shift position, but I passed

It was very pleasant you start off with online interview (2 rounds) and then you go in person and talk to the overnight baker and kind of shadow them through their shift. They then decide who get the job from there

Interview
It was really easy and my interviewer was incredibly nice. I was nervous to go, but she assured me that my nerves were healthy. Also had no experience and was able to just jump right in.
