The interview process was very simple and painless. From application drop off to final offer it took about 1 week. I thought it was best to apply online, print a copy and take it to introduce myself to a store manager during non-peak operation hours.

The interview was fairly simple and straight forward. We met in person at one of the owners franchised locations for the initial interview, and was hired to train as a baker to lead their new location.

Interview
Very relaxed interview, asked me basic questions and availability. They offered me a job on the spot however, it was not the position I applied for. I couldn't make the hours work that they wanted so I declined.
I submitted the application in the store and had an interview with the manager within a week. I received an offer via phone call the next day. Overall smooth process.
