The process was pretty simple and easy. I applied online and then came in for an in person interview that was like 15 minutes long. Was offered the position the next day.

It was about 15-30 minutes. He interviewed me at a table in the back away from noise. It was about a total of 13 questions asking about me, my work history, how can I contribute to this job, strengths weaknesses.

The manager that took care of my interview was amazing. Asked me questions like why I wanted to work there, my strengths, my weaknesses, what does warmth mean to me, what i would do in certain situations.
In Annapolis there were 2 interviews they asked me why I wanted to work there my pass experience in previous job & my availability honestly it was relatively easy and they were down to earth
