I submitted an application online for a new Panera Bread store that was opening near me. The day after I submitted my application, the hiring manager texted me and requested to call me on the next business day. The call just consisted of a few minutes of him asking me questions about my application; after the call he requested to meet me at a Panera Bread location on the next day; he also discussed pay with me over text. The next day, the hiring manager just filled out my information and registered me into the Panera Bread system, and told me I was hired. Hardly any questions were asked of me throughout this entire process.
Received a call to schedule interview, went in and met with team member. Friendly, and very informative. Learned about the company and enjoyed the process. My only concern would be the hours.

Simple, straightforward questions. Don’t stress and you will be fine. No trick questions, use common sense and be truthful. The questions are basic, entry level, and easy to answer with a day of preparation.
