Interview was quite easy, just wanted to see what my skills are and if I would be a good fit. I only had one onsite interview with the manager at the time which lasted about 20 minutes.

Interview
The interview was fairly simple and straight forward. We met in person at one of the owners franchised locations for the initial interview, and was hired to train as a baker to lead their new location.
I submitted the application in the store and had an interview with the manager within a week. I received an offer via phone call the next day. Overall smooth process.

Very relaxed interview, asked me basic questions and availability. They offered me a job on the spot however, it was not the position I applied for. I couldn't make the hours work that they wanted so I declined.
