Dual interview process, first I interviewed with a manager and then the general manager. Met in store both times. Reviewed work history, job availability, as well as personal definitions of customer service, personal goals and character traits.

Easy process. Quick and easy questions. Why do you want to work here? They also ask you what your desired salary is. Ask 0.50 cents above, sometimes they will give it to you. I did.

Applying online was easy. I was contacted by phone call to set up and interview and went into the cafe for an interview with a manager. I received an offer on the spot, but typically I believe they would have called to offer a role.
