I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Panera Bread in Dec 2015
Interview
-I turned in a paper application (they are more likely to see it that way).
-Called a couple days later to ask if they had looked at my ap. I got an interview then.
-Came in for my first interview with a resume(didn't really need it)
-Manager was very friendly and easy to talk to. It felt like a professional yet laid back atmosphere.
-Got a second interview to refresh managers memory. Hired on the spot.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Panera Bread (Orlando, FL)
Interview
The interview was sitting down with the general manager. The job offered on the spot. Cafe associates were largely high school students. Interview reflected ability to show up on time and be trainable.
I applied online and was reached out for an interview a couple days later. We briefly went over my resume and talked about availability and interest. The meeting with the general manager was only about 15 minutes - 30 minutes long.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Panera Bread (Melbourne, FL) in Mar 2025
Interview
Interviewer (who was the manager at the time) was a nice person, charming in the way he spoke, understanding, a good listener, and good speaker. I didn't get the job, but he was still very charitable when interviewing me.
