Interview
Application Submission: You start by submitting an application, usually online. This includes your resume and possibly some initial screening questions.
Phone Screen: If your application is shortlisted, you might receive a phone call from a recruiter. This is generally a brief conversation to discuss your background, availability, and interest in the role.
In-Person Interview: Next is usually an in-person interview, often at the location where you would be working. This could involve speaking with a manager or a panel. They tend to focus on your customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and how well you might fit into their team.

I interviewed at Panda Restaurant Group (San Jose, CA)
Interview
The interviewers showed up late to my first 2 interviewers and once they showed up after I asked if they would be joining the call they proceeded to be on their phones the whole interview. In my final interview they sent me the wrong store location and had me drive 30 minutes to the wrong store then reassigned my interview to a new location. They were unprofessional and disorganized in all 3 interviews that I had with them.
