Interview
I would say this is an overall casual interview. I came into the store and the store manager asked me to wait for him at a table. After a little bit, he got a notepad and we got straight into the interview. They do not hire for only a summer.
Was interviewed very briefly about work experience then proceeded to go do background check, drug test, the usual. It was very easy and quick, was able to start within a week
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Panda Restaurant Group in Aug 2023
Interview
Interview was a hiring space inside a store, with multiple candidates scheduled and what seems to be the Area Director doing interviews. Seemed busy with only 1 person conducting interviews & the store Associates helping people sit down.
