Panda Health interview questions

initial 1:1 Interview was with the positions direct Manager over Microsoft Teams. The interview took about 30 minutes. Process overall was slow and the interview was odd in that very few questions were asked about experience. No response to thank you email or additional follow up email. After setting aside time to meet virtually I find the lack of response on position status incredibly rude and would not work for a company that doesn’t respect others time. Many company’s provide a response after you take the time to interview- even if it is just a generic response that the role was filled by another candidate.

My interview experience was wonderful. The whole process took about 3 weeks. Not only did I have lovely conversations with everyone I spoke with, but both the hiring manager and HR were transparent about expectations and any other questions I had at the time. Pretty much the best interview experience I’ve had. Very organized and thoughtful.
