I went to the interview she asked me if I knew and remembered how to work at panda express since I worked here before I said yes, but she wasn't hiring at the moment. I came back again maybe a month later she said they still weren't hiring after I left she called and said I got the job

It was very easy, just answer honestly since they are hiring they want to hire anyone that shows they will be a good employee. Don't try to move up in management, unless you want to stay with the company for 5+ years, they will make you bend over backwards for them.

Interview
It was an average interview about 15 minutes long. Not too critical, but they ask a good questions. I had a second interview with the district manager, and she was very nice.
