I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Panda Express
Interview
It was very easy, just answer honestly since they are hiring they want to hire anyone that shows they will be a good employee. Don't try to move up in management, unless you want to stay with the company for 5+ years, they will make you bend over backwards for them.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Panda Express (Goodyear, AZ)
Interview
Depressed on an ongoing job search. One late night I called Panda Express and spoke with an employee. They told me to apply online and come in for an interview the next day. Best believe I sped my way over there after church. I was the first one there out of all the other applicants. Manager and I clicked.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Panda Express (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
It was an average interview about 15 minutes long. Not too critical, but they ask a good questions. I had a second interview with the district manager, and she was very nice.
