This process took a total of 26 days from the day I applied to the day I got the offer. It was your basic interview they were evaluating my speech and how I help myself. They asked me simple questions like "Why did you choose to apply at panda?" And things like that. Two weeks after my interview they called me to do a background check. One week later I started the job.

It was very easy, just answer honestly since they are hiring they want to hire anyone that shows they will be a good employee. Don't try to move up in management, unless you want to stay with the company for 5+ years, they will make you bend over backwards for them.

Interview
It was an average interview about 15 minutes long. Not too critical, but they ask a good questions. I had a second interview with the district manager, and she was very nice.
