I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Panda Express
Interview
It was very easy, just answer honestly since they are hiring they want to hire anyone that shows they will be a good employee. Don't try to move up in management, unless you want to stay with the company for 5+ years, they will make you bend over backwards for them.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Panda Express
Interview
For open house interviews many interviews are done in groups. Do not be intimidated by other interviewees and do not fade into the background. Be polite when answering questions and make sure you come off as confident but not arrogant.
When meeting with my interviewers (I had two in my group interview) I noticed the interviewees that were smiling and more energetic were more concentrated in. Anyone who looked like they did not want to be there or didn't have any enthusiasm were passed over.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Panda Express (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
It was an average interview about 15 minutes long. Not too critical, but they ask a good questions. I had a second interview with the district manager, and she was very nice.
