The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Panda Express (Overland Park, KS) in Mar 2012
Interview
Attended an open house session that they had at one of their store. Walked in was greeted by a manager and offered a beverage while waiting. They asked just basic general questions about me and a little about my job experiences. Manager called later that day and asked me to complete some information that was sent to me via email regarding background check. After a week later manager called and ask me to come in the next day to start paperwork and pick up uniforms.
