Interview
Not much of an interview process. I was asked if I could speak spanish and what I knew about dining etiquette. They also asked about stress and if I was able to work in a fast paced environment. It was more of a training session than an interview. Angel is very nice and patient, he is willing to give you an opportunity if asked for one.
