I met the company at Silicon Milk Roundabout and had a chat with one of their engineers. From there I received an email and was asked to come in for an hour initial interview.
The first interview was excellent, it was a bit of a chat about my experience with two senior team members as well as an opportunity for me to ask a bunch of questions I had about the company. Everyone was really friendly, helpful and engaged and it was great having a chance to meet everyone and see their lovely office.
From there I was given a coding test which I was went home to complete. Although take home tests can be arduous this was actually a really well presented one, letting you learn a new technology and get to grips with a new and interesting subject area. Even if you weren't to get a position you would still take away a lot from the project!
The final round was coming in to talk through my solutions. Again, everyone was very friendly and intelligent and I was really impressed by the standard of engineer at Panaseer. It was essentially a chat about the problem as we went through my answers.
What really impressed me was what a nice work environment it was, as well as how accommodating the team were throughout the interview process. When I had further questions following on from my final interview they were more than happy for me to come in again and chat about their architecture and roadmap.
