The interview process is good, leading to a good bunch of staff. I like that the hiring process is focused on your character, and less about paperwork. Qualifications are important but it's your character and your values that gets you through the door.

Very smooth They give you a call if they like your skills and knowledge in your CV. They will then set up a first interview. Once they run through the interview with you for managers. They will then contact you (If they do like you) they will within a few weeks, contact you for a second interview with a meeting with the director and then let you know if they would like to take you on.
