Long and painful. You go thru many rounds of interviews. Then it takes awhile to get any feedbackand a long time to get an answer if you receive the offer.

First, there is an HR screening call, followed by interviews with the team and the team lead. Then there is an interview with the hiring manager. Some interviews are Zoom calls and some are in person.

Múltiple rounds with key stakeholders from the company. About 7 intereviews + last round with a panel business case in order to defend how to handle market approach. The process was streamlined, easy to follow and very professional.

7 interviews that went over the course of 4 months. I spent a considerable amount of time waiting as other candidates got processed. There wasn’t much of a difference in interviews too. All very much the same questions.
