I got a call from a recruiter after i applied trough linkedin in which we discussed my background. Then i went through a round of interviews about my background - personality and was called in by an interview on site. At the onsite interview i was only interviewed by one person about some basic questions over UX and that was all. The recruiter who was supposed to talk to me onsite did not make it and i ended the interview 20 minutes after i got there. 3weeks later and they did not bother to even let me know that they decided to move on with another candidate or any other word at all.
