Interviews were straight forward. First round was a meet and greet to feel out my ambitions. Second interview broke down the structure, expectations and compensation. The third was a follow up of the second and made sure I had something significant to add to their team. Team Culture seemed the priority across the interview process.

Interview
The interview process had three parts. Overall, it was a laid back interview process. I interviewed with an account manager the first day. During the second and third parts, I met with another account manager and then director. Overall, the staff was very friendly.
