The interview process was quite extensive, consisting of five separate rounds of virtual interviews with different team members and stakeholders. Each round focused on a unique aspect of the role, ranging from technical skills and problem-solving to cultural fit and communication. While the process was time-consuming, the questions asked were fair and relevant to the position. The interviewers were professional and seemed genuinely interested in understanding my experience, approach to challenges, and how I would contribute to the team.
