Fill out forms, do a simple initial interview about general questions about the industry and position and then they tell you that they will meet internally and "try" to place people in best fit positions depending on what they have available

Quick interview - felt like they have a huge attrition rate and end up interviewing loads of people every day. Filled out some forms, got asked general questions about my resume and if I would be able to make the commute.
