Applied online, had call, then came onsite for the interview, then received a call an hour or so later and was offered a position as Operations Manager. The process was pretty standard, came in early to fill out application and all documents.

Interview
Was fairly relaxed. A mixture of technical and personal questions. Was allowed to ask questions regarding the company along with getting to know the interviewers backgrounds too. On the second interview they let me know I sounded nervous in the prior interview and to just relax and be myself.
