Interview
I applied through their website, they texted me for an exam after passing the exam you will fill up a form then initial interview. They will give you list of requirements and will give you about 3 days to 1 week to complete, that depends on the deadline. Then wait for another interview with area manager. After that, they will say that they will text you if you are hired and ready to start, before that you will have orientation. You can also do follow ups regarding to your application through their HR. I applied October 2018, I already pass all of their interviews but they never texted me.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Palawan Pawnshop (Bacolod City) in Jan 2023
Interview
The Math test and Written interview all the way to final interview was great, the HR is very accommodating, friendly and honest. Throughout the process. If you're planning to apply here please do so because it will be beneficial for your job hunting career.
