I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Palantir Technologies (McLean, VA) in Mar 2010
Interview
I was enamored with this company from the beginning. I researched this company for a month before I applied. I contacted a recruiter and a few months later I got a few phone interviews. Afterward I was invited into the office for an in-person interview with two individuals. They were both really down-to-earth and the interviews were short (30 mins. each) and casual. The next round was a video conference interview with an individual in the HQ office, which was also short and sweet (30 mins. or so). I was then invited back for another long round of interviews with 5 individuals on-site (4+ hours), ending with a VTC with the CTO. Everyone I met with was very friendly and intelligent. I actually wanted this job more than I've ever wanted any other job in my life (seriously). Everything seemed to go well and then I didn't get a call for 10 days or so. I contacted them twice and finally got a very quick and gentle let-down e-mail. It was a real bummer! I can't trash Palantir because I still think they would be an awesome group to work with, but I wish they would not jerk around their top candidates after they put so much effort/time into the interview process!

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Palantir Technologies (Palo Alto, CA) in Jun 2012
Interview
Nearly identical experience as the other BD Ops Analyst review on this site although all of my 1:1 interviews were conducted at their HQ in PA in the course of one day. This was my second experience interviewing with Palantir although first for this position.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Primarily behavioral questions. The main challenge was keeping up the energy and momentum for several hours' worth of in-person interviews where you will be asked similar questions repeatedly.
