I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Palantir Technologies in Nov 2018
Interview
I got recommended by a current employee and then a recruiter contacted me. I talked to the recruiter over the phone and than I was invited for a first "phone interview" that was actually in person since they held a workshop at my University at that time. The interview question was really easy, so easy it actually threw me off and I tried making it way to complex.
The worst part were the conditions the interview was held in, there was some really loud construction just outside and the window was blocked by their power cable so I couldn't close it. It's a fault of my University since it was held there, but I couldn't even hear the interviewer properly and it was very hard to focus.
About a week later I got an email from a recruiter that seemed really positive and that she would call me the day after. Again, when she called she sounded pretty positive and asked for my feedback, but then she informed me that I won't be making it any further. I would have preferred an email instead of getting my hopes up.

Why choose Palantir, what about tech interests you, how do you use AI in daily life, etc.
Just the pre-screen behavioral round, was asked: why are you choosing to get your master's degree, what classes do you enjoy, what are you looking for in an internship? Seemed like just a deep dive on my interests, didn't even ask why palantir.
