Phone screening consisted of in depth questions of employment experience and programming language knowledge. I have little experience with programming, so the interview was not technical in that aspect. Interviewer was very pleasant, casual and articulate. The duration was approximately one hour long.

A recruiter reached out to me and has the initial screening. Then the recruiter reached back to me after 3 weeks. You just have to wait for the recuriter to reach out to you. It could take some time.
