This process took 15 days and for that I have taken two days leave and cancel my two other interviews.
Initially recruiter told me interview process like this
1 Telephonic technical
2 f2f technical
3 Manager +HR
But interview process in which I have gone through
1 Telephonic technical (1 hour all core java,spring , hibernate ) Cleared
2 f2f technical (1 hour all core java,spring , hibernate, 2 (Java Code) ) Cleared
3 f2f technical (2 hour all core java,spring , hibernate, 4(Java Code) ), Database query writing) Cleared
4 Telephonic technical :Technical Head(AVP) ( 5 min only two ques ))
{1. diff between jar and war 2 .how to insert data in database } (not cleared)
Feedback I received: candidate have not worked on spring and hibernate
I have 3 technical round with spring and hibernate and in 4th round in just two question how they have decided that I am not having knowledge of spring and hibernate.
I don't think they want to hire people because they don't follow process
In most of the company we have seen some people judge other person in just two minutes on call.
Don't know what kind of skill is this.
young panel were their and they are having good knowledge about coding.
