Interview
Managers can be pretty awkward, very nice though. I only talked to the assistant manager at the time, he talked to the manager while I was still there and was hired right then. This was many years ago though.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pagliacci Pizza (Seattle, WA) in Oct 2017
Interview
My interview was pretty easy and straightforward. The manager was in-house when I came in with my resume, and he actually was able to sit down and talk with me right then. It was a friendly and straightforward conversation, and didn't take too long.

Question 1
I remember being asked why I was interested in working there, as well as any previous work/service experience, and things like that. I wasn't being grilled, but the manager seemed genuinely interested in why I wanted to work there as well as my qualifications.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pagliacci Pizza (Mercer Island, WA) in Jul 2020
Interview
Easy interview process, first interview with a shift lead or assistant manager, second one is with the general manager. Questions are centered on experience with food and food prep. After that, they follow up fairly quickly with an offer and start date for orientation.
