he interview process started with an open discussion about the role, allowing for a broad exchange of expectations and qualifications. There was also an almost open-ended question about which experience might be missing for this position, giving room for reflection. However, after this stage, the communication went silent, and no feedback was provided thereafter.

Everything was great, but after the 3rd technical stage of the interview (which was also fine from my point of view) they just disappeared. I asked for a feedback, but got a generic useless letter saying that I was great but it was a hard decision and they decided to choose somebody with a better-fit blablabla. I asked to get something more specific, because it is really important for me to know where is my point for improvement, but ghosting was the answer for me.
At the same time, after a week I see their job postings again.
I think it is very unprofessional and disrespectful. I spent my time, they spent their time. Writing a letter with a feedback is a 10 minutes question.
