Das Gespräch ist sehr glatt und entspannt verlaufen. Ich habe nach meiner Bewerbung innerhalb weniger Tage einen Anruf bekommen und kurz danach ist dann auch das Interview zu Stande gekommen welches ein tolles Klima hatte und Spaß gemacht hat.

Overall process was fine. Met the CEO in person. Extremely unfriendly and disrespectful conversation. Recommend to NOT apply, I suspect it to be a toxic workplace (driven by that said CEO).

Interview
First headhunter, then interviews with the CTO and the CEO. Largely unstructured, no case study or anything. Mainly questions about my CV and why I want to work there. Process was very quick and it seemed they wanted to move ahead as fast as possible.
