Phone interview and then a couple web based spatial and math quizzes. Upon passing quiz you are invited to interview. I was part of a hiring event where we met and interviewed with HR and various managers. The process was more relaxed than I expected but at no time did I feel my time wasted. Everything moved along and the 20+ candidates did not appear put out.
