I had an initial phone interview with the President and two on-site interviews with the President and Director of Development following the call. The interviews were very comfortable with plenty of opportunity to share my experiences and ask questions about the position. They were prepared with questions that wanted me to answer. Most questions were answered through my resume so we covered a few questions that weren't and they gave me some background into the solution history and their plan for the future.
