Two interviews, one screening and one about a week later. I was invited to the screening interview via indeed (where I applied), and did not receive a confirmation upon answering. I was not greeted with a name and handshake, but with a big smile. The interactions I saw between the employees were fairly cold though. The interview was on location and in a smaller meeting room. She was friendly, frank and with a slight edge that I suspect wouldn't tolerate bs.
