I applied through other source. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Pace Analytical (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2014
Interview
The interview process was professional and thorough. There where several steps that included meetings with various levels of management on the sales and operations side of Pace's business. It was informative and truthful regarding the nature of the job, training, expectations, and possible opportunities for advancement.

Question 1
There where not any very difficult, unexpected questions
Waste of time. Unprofessional. Mass confusion. I had 8 conversations/interviews with 6 different people over 2 weeks then ghosted. Many asking the exact same questions. Not one was a Person of Color. Three of the people I interviewed with were related. FYI - If you need more than 3+ interviews to make a decision, there is a problem internally. Communication was poor. I sent thank you emails after every interview and Pace still could not provide the courtesy that I had not been the chosen hire. I believe they were only interviewing me to please the EEOC. Eight interviews is ridiculous. The company was disorganized and showed me that getting hired at Pace would only be a negative. I would never recommend this company. Don’t waste your time. Be cautious. You might be the best person for the position but if they don’t feel you’re a “good fit” despite working remotely, that speaks volumes. Prepare to get strung around with nothing to show for it but wasted time and energy.
