Interview
First completed a general interview with a recruiter for the company. Then interviewed with the head of the department at Pace I would be joining, then interviewed with the actual clients they had been contracted with.

Describe a time in which you had to work under pressure to meet a deadline.

Interview
The interview process was straightforward. A recruiter had the first screening interview, then the hiring manager. Lastly, I met with the client for a small meet and greet before an offer was made. All interviews were fairly laid back and more like a conversation.

Interview
You can interview up to 3 times; once with a general recruiter, once with your potential manager, and once with the manager of the non-Pace company you are supporting. Depending on how each interview goes you will/won't move forward in the process.
